Personal Training

After a free initial consultation where we will set your goals, a full body assessment will be undertaken, allowing me to gain further insight into your strengths and weaknesses.  I have created this method using elements of the Functional Range Assessment (FRA) and Functional Movement Systems (FMSassessment to look in depth at how your body moves.

How I Can Help

Your training will be tailored to you and your individual goals but my four main areas of expertise are:

 

  1. Building strength, movement efficiency and overall physical condition

  2. Event preparation, including a periodised training program

  3. Helping you return to optimal performance after an injury or operation

  4. Developing self-motivation and fitness for those who are wishing to return to a healthier lifestyle

Ways I Can Help

  • One to One - The most comprehensive, targeted and individualised service on offer. Perfect for specific event preparation, goals or injury rehab/management​​

  • Small Groups - For those who prefer to train with a friend. Groups of 2 to 4 maximum​​

  • Remote - Take me with you on business trips or holidays. A Skype or Facetime session is the perfect way to keep up your training while traveling

  • Retreats - Ibiza retreat coming soon

Why I'm Good

I am approachable, calm and always searching for the positives in people’s physical endeavors.  Carrying this attitude has given me the ability to deliver an intuitive and intelligent form of training for my clients, whether that be to walk down the stairs pain free or run a multistage ultramarathon.

Connecting with you is my main aim, from there you will achieve more than you thought possible.
